  • Yes! We offer almond and oat milk alternatives as part of our menu options.

  • Absolutely. We’re happy to create custom drinks for your event with at least one week’s notice prior to the event date.

  • Yes — we can accommodate both indoor and outdoor setups. For outdoor events, we provide a generator if needed. For indoor events, we will need access to a nearby electrical outlet.

  • Yes! As long as there is elevator or ramp access (no stairs, please — our machines are heavy!) and a standard-sized doorway, we can bring the café inside.

  • We require at least a 6 ft x 8 ft flat surface area for setup.

  • We ask that events be booked at least 10 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated depending on availability.

  • Our standard service fee includes one coffee cart, one barista, and our basic menu offerings.

  • We currently travel within a 175-mile radius of College Station.

  • Yes — a deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • After booking, we’ll confirm your event details, finalize your menu selections, and coordinate setup logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.

  • We do not serve drip/brewed coffee, iced blended beverages, or milk alternatives outside of our provided options.

  • Each barista can serve approximately 50 drinks per hour. The number of baristas recommended depends on your guest count and event timing.

    Single Barista Recommended (1 Cart)
    • Up to 75–100 guests during a 2-hour event
    • Up to 50 drinks served per hour
    • Great for smaller, casual gatherings, open houses, or morning meetings

    Two Baristas Recommended (2 Carts)
    • 100–200 guests during a 2-hour event
    • Up to 100 drinks served per hour
    • Ideal for weddings, corporate events, and medium-sized gatherings
