Yes — we can accommodate both indoor and outdoor setups. For outdoor events, we provide a generator if needed. For indoor events, we will need access to a nearby electrical outlet.

Yes! As long as there is elevator or ramp access (no stairs, please — our machines are heavy!) and a standard-sized doorway, we can bring the café inside.

We require at least a 6 ft x 8 ft flat surface area for setup.

We ask that events be booked at least 10 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated depending on availability.

Our standard service fee includes one coffee cart, one barista, and our basic menu offerings.

After booking, we’ll confirm your event details, finalize your menu selections, and coordinate setup logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.

Each barista can serve approximately 50 drinks per hour. The number of baristas recommended depends on your guest count and event timing.
